The author of the chapter outlines their arguments in a way that is different from the headings, so the readers’ guesses lead the way in the summary construction. Page references for each claim are still attached so that you can refer to the book in order to understand the arguments you find the most important.
A summary gives you a way back into the book rather than replacing the book. Keep the page numbers and refer to them for anything you will be assessed on. Summarizing a copyrighted text for your own study is normal, but possibly not okay to distribute it widely.
