Yes. Send the template, a previous example, or the structure you are required to use, and the writer works inside it. If a required section does not fit the material honestly, they will flag it rather than pad it out.
Yes, and it usually makes a stronger report. Feel free to send over the spreadsheets, transcripts or exports, and the writer will work with those directly. We will not compute statistics we are not qualified to compute, so where the analysis needs a statistician we say so and work around what you supply.
Yes. A finding that reads “inconclusive” can be used. A “conclusion” that is clearly fabricated becomes a liability the first time someone double checks the work. If the evidence is scant, the report tells the reader. It also describes in detail what work would definitely resolve the matter.
