Statements are not announcements but are rather a few paragraphs attributed to a person explained because a person has asked a question or a publication has published something about you. Nearly all of it will be left out. Only one sentence will be used, and you do not get to choose which one.
The goal is to make the safe to extract. No clause that changes the meaning when the statement is cut, no running, load bearing qualifiers forty words away from the claim.
A statement must hold up in three forms: read in full on your website, quoted in a single sentence, and paraphrased by someone who is in a hurry. Writers test all three before sending. A line that survives only the first form of testing is the line that turns into a request for correction a week later.
Every sentence readable on its own, out of context.
Attribution to a named person with their exact title.
No commitment implied that your organization has not agreed to make.
Where AI falls down on press statements
Due to the limitations of the model, generated statements are excessively apologetic, and excessively deny or deflect claims. This also includes a style of writing that is overly decorative. As a result, it includes a style of writing that is overly decorative. This is also the sentence that a reporter pulls. One poorly selected adjective can become a headline.
How Articled Produces No-AI Press Statements
We first ask what was said about you, by whom, and what are you prepared to concede. After that, the writer drafts short, cuts the hedging, and reads each sentence individually to see if it still conveys what you intended. Anything that does not meet that criteria is rephrased or cut.

No-AI Press Statements Order FAQs
We match the brief to a writer who has already worked in that subject area. If you have worked with an Articled writer before and want them again, name them and we will check their availability first.
Fill in the order form with your brief and email address. No account needed. You get a confirmation by email, then the finished piece as a document within 3 days.
Our minimum order is 100 words, which is about a paragraph and an attribution line. There are many examples of good statements that are exactly that. If you need 50, simply order 100 and use the remaining words for a reporter background note, which the reporter can read but not quote.
That is correct, and should be done in a separate statement and not by trimming down the original. A statement that is cut down to fit a post usually loses the wording that makes it accurate. If you let us know which platforms you need statements for, we can produce a version that is shorter and can stand on its own.
Completely. Copyright transfers to you on delivery, with no attribution requirement and no licence back to us. Nothing written for you is resold, repurposed or republished.

Trade press ran it almost as is
Two out of four outlets put your article out exactly like it was in our lead paragraph. Every other lead-in has either ignored or rewritten our releases. What’s notable here is that our lead-in this time was our measurement change, while in the past it was company achievement.

A journalist ran it nearly verbatim
The release covers the number first, and puts the CEO quote in the fourth position. It was picked by two industry magazines. One modified six words. I have been a writer of releases for 15 years, and that has only happened to me on two occasions.

Cut twenty years into six lines
I have compressed twenty years of shift work in to this submission. The writer wanted to know what I’d been promoted for, not what my job title was, so my CV is more of a progressive account than a list.
