Professional Walmart Listings. No AI.

Walmart rates your content and gives you a number. The listing quality dashboard rewards attributes that are fully completed, having a title in the proper sequence, and having enough key features and images that meet product specification requirements before a product even gets in front of customers.

Copying a listing on Amazon is a shortcut and a mistake. The title, attribute set, and content formatting are all different. Duplicate content between sellers of the same listing is perceived as a bad thing, and it is. There are no winners, not even the customer, and it’s easy enough to avoid.

How No-AI Walmart Listings Help Shoppers Decide

Walmart buyers filter hard and read little. The attributes determine whether your item shows up. Then the key features decide everything in three to four lines. They don’t get lost in unnecessarily long descriptions. Things like dimensions in the units they use, how many fit in a pack, what it can and cannot contain are what helps. Walmart simplifies a lot of its product pages which helps. Including features then is not necessary.

  • Every shelf attribute completed so the item survives filtering.
  • Key features written plainly, with quantities and dimensions stated.
  • Title built in Walmart’s required order rather than Amazon’s.

Where AI falls down on Walmart listings

Walmart briefs direct models to produce Amazon listings. Rhythm, choice words, and title layouts are nearly carbon copies. The same text is commonly published by many sellers for a single item. The listing scores poorly, the item is located far back on the shelf, and nobody can pinpoint the problem.

How We Write No-AI Walmart Listings From Real Product Details

We use information in your item setup spreadsheet to help us determine where your product would fall in our classification system. Your source data provides us with what we need to fill each of the required attributes for your product category. We then use the key features and description to give context and clearing around what is left unsaid by the attributes. We do not carry over anything word for word from another channel.

How a Walmart listing gets written here

  1. Open the category’s item spec so required attributes are known upfront.
  2. Fill attributes from your source data and flag gaps for you to confirm.
  3. Write the title to Walmart’s order, then key features and description.
  4. Rewrite anything reused from another channel so no listing is duplicated.

Scaling No-AI Walmart Listings Across Your Catalog

Walmart catalogs by categories, not by item counts. After an item spec and title order are finalized for a category, the next fifty items are primarily attribute work with some new key features on top. We do a small batch as a test, see how the scores come back and proceed with the approach that worked on the rest.

  • Title, key features and description per item.
  • Shelf attributes completed against the category item spec.
  • A pilot batch checked on listing quality before the full run.
  • Copy written fresh rather than reused from another channel.
  • Delivered in your item setup spreadsheet layout.

What people commission Walmart listings for

  • Onboarding a catalog to Walmart Marketplace.
  • Raising listing quality scores on existing items.
  • Fixing items rejected at setup for missing attributes.
  • Separating your content from other sellers of the same product.

What Walmart listings cost

One rate, whatever the format: $10 per 100 words. You are paying for the writer’s time and judgement, so the price scales with the words rather than with a package tier.

Questions About No-AI Walmart Listings

Ask on the contact page and a person will answer, usually the same working day. For a live order, reply to your confirmation email and it reaches whoever is handling it.

Yes. For large batches we agree a structure and a voice sheet first, then work through the catalogue so the whole set reads consistently. The rate stays the same; what changes is that you approve the pattern once rather than every item.

Yes, and that is usually the better first order. Export your current content with the quality scores, and the writer attacks the lowest-scoring items first, wherein the biggest feature gaps and key features tend to be concentrated.

No. Our job is the copy. We work along your team members or your photographer to sort order of count, resolution and background rules. The writer will let you know the items that are losing scores on content; not imagery, helping you to understand where writing can and cannot help.

Completely. Copyright transfers to you on delivery, with no attribution requirement and no licence back to us. Nothing written for you is resold, repurposed or republished.

Answered the uncomfortable question too

Even the question I would have left out: why does our refill cost more than the original bottle? The writer actually thought it would have been better to answer the question honestly because it is asked by so many people, and not answering it would seem worse than answering it. I think she was correct.

Seasonal promotional materials that aren’t filler

By the time October comes around, all Christmas gift guides have the same content. One of our guides features instructions on how to offer gift ideas to someone who is really hard to shop for, and customers seem to be sharing that one the most.

60 descriptions, all different

Sixty category pages is the size of an order where you start to worry about how long it will take to get through about forty. I read all of them. The descriptions of the products in the categories of oud and rose, written by two different people, contain no common sentences. It was worth paying someone to do these descriptions.
