Airbnb listings must be concise. The best listings have the right balance of information. Title and introductory lines are essential since those decide whether a viewer will click through or not. The rest of the listing must also have the right sections and language to attract the right guest.
The mistakes are generally predictable. Hosts tout the view (which many are not above doing) and neglect to mention the stairs, and then get perplexed when the reviews note the stairs, or lack thereof, and the view.
The mistakes are generally predictable.
A description is as much of a filter as an advertisement. Let the potential renters know that there are four stories, and no elevator. Inform them that the street is lively until the early hours of the morning. Let them know that there is no AC. You may lose a few bookings, but you keep from getting annoying negative reviews that bring down your average. Honest descriptions protect you from having to give refunds.
Where AI falls down on Airbnb listings
The languages of short-let copy have all learned from one another, so listing after listing reads more or less the same. Which is why it’s charming to see short-let copy that embraces the fact that they are all the same, the same way that examples of short-let copy describe their listings as cozy base. Of course, nobody ever says what’s omitted from the listing. Stairs, noise, shared entrances – these things all become guest complaints after the fact.
How We Match Writers to No-AI Airbnb Listings
Short lets writers know the boundaries, as there are no contact details or guest steering off platform, or anything that could indicate a preference as to who books the property. They work from the photos, floor plan, and provided house rules rather than using a template.
How to Order No-AI Airbnb Listings
Whether you have one house or forty, the process is the same. Send us your listing address and existing photos, as well as your house rules. Choose your word count. The minimum order is 100 words. There is no account to make and its takes three days for us to respond with your draft by email.
What Airbnb listings cost
One rate, whatever the format: $10 per 100 words. You are paying for the writer’s time and judgement, so the price scales with the words rather than with a package tier.

No-AI Airbnb Listings Pricing FAQs
Yes. Send two or three pieces you like the sound of, or your style guide. Matching an established voice is ordinary work for a writer and close to impossible for a model that has never read your back catalogue.
Yes. Tell us the volume and cadence and we keep the same writer on the account so the voice stays consistent. The rate does not change with volume.
We can’t guarantee that. Short-let bookings are more reliant on behavior and reviews than on clever wording. Better copy leads guests to understand what you have, and their reviews drive ranking.
Yes, it’s a good value to order with the message for guests. The owner has placed a message for guests in the manual. Guests begin to send messages to the host regarding where to park, the days for waste collection, the boiler, and the wifi password. Once the message is placed in the manual, there is no need to answer the late night messages regarding these topics.

One guide had outdated opening hours
Four city guides, three of them perfect. The fourth said a museum had updated its winter hours last year. This was fixed within a day after I reported it. The others were unchecked, but they went ahead and double checked them. I do recommend this guide, but check the time sensitive items for yourself.

First version could’ve been any guesthouse
It was a good draft, but unfortunately, we weren’t able to take credit. We did, however, send back four photos and explained the pier to them all. The second draft also included information about the pier, room three’s low ceilings, and our no breakfast before eight policy. This one is officially on the site.

Got an interview off the third one
I applied to 11 jobs with my own application and received 0 feedback. I ordered 3 custom applications, and the third received a callback. The job ad mentioned a comfort level with ambiguity, and the writer focused the paragraph on a project of mine that was all about ambiguity.
