She asked what I was afraid of
An interview before this writing took an hour and had more to do with other things than my grades. The feedback that followed includes a lead with an example I would have thought too small to cite. I received an offer.
Revision notes and study notes are not the same thing. Study notes correspond to the course syllabus. Revision notes concern themselves just with exams that focus on roughly six key topics and ignore everything else to an almost unexamined degree, and this is where the importance of memorization falls.
So the writer starts with your past papers and mark schemes. Topics that have appeared four times in six years get the space. Topics that have appeared once get a line and a warning that they exist.
There are patterns that repeat across ten different exam papers, as well as patterns that repeat only once. Command verbs are used repeatedly. There are phrases that gain reward when used in a certain way. Specific topics appear every other year, and there are even some that have not appeared since 2016. Once a student has familiarized himself or herself with a few papers, he or she is able to revise effectively as opposed to the mindless covering of everything.
The model you are using has not seen your board’s papers or mark schemes. Because of that, it revises the topic in general. Consequently, generated revision notes explain concepts in detail and never mention that this board always asks for two examples and a stated limitation.
The writer analyzes the past papers you provide, counts the marks against the topics, and writes notes following that sequence instead of the sequence in the syllabus. Each section concludes with the question form, so you practice the answer in that form, not only in terms of its content.
Active use of revision notes is the key to effective use of a given revision note system. Covering the page, recalling the contents, checking your work, and repeating the process is much more effective than passive rereading. Nothing in this document is going to be submitted anywhere (even if you cut the pages into individual cards), so use this however you like to incorporate the system and make it ‘stick.’ Passive rereading of revision notes is likely close to worthless and only feels somewhat productive.
One rate, whatever the format: $10 per 100 words. You are paying for the writer’s time and judgement, so the price scales with the words rather than with a package tier.
| Typical revision note | Words | Writing | Fee (1%) | You pay |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Single topic | 600 | $60 | $0.60 | $60.60 |
| Module set | 1,800 | $180 | $1.80 | $181.80 |
| Full course | 4,000 | $400 | $4 | $404 |
The writer receives 100% of the writing price. Our 1% fee is added on top of it, and 0.5% is donated to tree planting. Full pricing breakdown.

Send whatever you have and we will take it from there. Most boards keep papers behind a login or limit them to a center, and we will not use copies we cannot get legally. Mention if you can only get two years’ worth so the writer will adjust accordingly.
Yes, and it is usually better value. Annotate the scripts and send them my way, and I will annotate them accordingly. It cuts down on writing what you already know. Because you pay per word, the more targeted the annotations are, the lower the cost will be.

Your proposal has passed our committee on the first read this time. Our reviewer said the sampling rationale was clear in your proposal. It is good that the originality reports came with the submission email without having to request them myself since it matters more than it should in my department.
They’re not summaries. Each entry explains how the source relates to my argument and where it contradicts another source on the list. Forty entries. It reorganized my reading rather than recording it.
